And I’m simmering down. Whewwww…

Today was a very angry day. Thinking about Sam Norquist and federal government fails, and how all of it is landing in my professional and personal life has been ROUGH today. It felt awful and to feel better I connected with some friends and we vented our spleen and made each other smile and laugh, and I ended up making a collage and writing some poetry. When things hurt, it helps me to reach out and make stuff. I hope you’re finding ways through, too.
